Mark
is the co-founder and Portfolio
Manager at T Squared Capital
LLC ("TSP"). TSP is a
fundamentally-oriented private
investment firm focusing on
special situation and deep value
public and private companies. T
Squared Partners is focused on
investing via equity and debt
structures for companies that
are looking to expand in their
industry all while focused on
increasing shareholder value. As
a shareholder TSP is constantly
monitoring and assisting its
portfolio companies to further
increase the value for all
shareholders.
Prior to TSP, Mark was a
Principal at Barron Partners. While
at the fund he invested in over
twenty-five structured
transactions for profitable nano
/ micro-cap companies and also
assisted numerous companies
through the going public process.
Prior to Barron, Mark was
a member of Citigroup’s Private
Equity Placements Group focused
on structuring PIPEs, Private
Equity and Mezzanine Debt for
public and private companies.
Mark focused on all
industry groups including
Resources, Technology, Media,
Consumer, and Financial
Services.
Before joining Citigroup, Mark was at Putnam Lovell NBF
where he focused on mergers and
acquisitions, secondary
offerings and compensation
restructurings for public and
private financial institutions
and financial technology
businesses.
During his time in Australia,
Mark worked for BNP
Paribas in their equity research
division in Sydney covering
consumer, apparel and food &
beverage companies. Mr. Jensen
also worked for MarketXT, a
start up Electronic
Communications Network ("ECN")
in New York, where he focused on
developing their
international client
relationships.
Mark has been a speaker
and panelist at various
industry conferences regarding investment
valuation, public listings and
the China marketplace.
Mark graduated from the
Kelley School of Business at
Indiana University with a BA in
Finance and International
Studies with a focus on
Business. Mr. Jensen also
studied in Sydney Australia
through Boston University
completing his International
Studies degree with a focus on
East Asian culture and business.

Tom has comprehensive experience in
venture capital,
mezzanine financing, and
investment banking.
Prior to co-founding T
Squared Capital LLC, Tom was Founder and
CEO of TMS Capital LLC,
a micro-cap investor
relations consulting and
capital investment firm.
He oversaw all
investment and
consulting operations
within the firm,
providing equity capital
to high-growth micro-cap
companies and investor
relations consulting to
select developing firms.
Prior to founding TMS
Capital LLC, Tom
was a Partner in Talpiot
Capital LLC, a hedge
fund incubation effort
focused on the
development and launch
of quantitative-style
hedge funds. While at Talpiot Capital, he
provided the investment
teams at several hedge
fund start-ups with
extensive management
direction and capital
raising support.
Previously, Tom
was a member of Proctor NBF Capital Partners,
the US private equity
arm of National Bank
Financial, completing
several venture capital
and mezzanine
investments. At Proctor
NBF Capital Partners, he
was responsible for
analyzing and evaluating
investment opportunities
by leading the due
diligence effort,
creating financial and
valuation models, and
reviewing, negotiating,
and editing legal
documents.
Prior to Proctor NBF
Capital, he worked in
investment banking at
Putnam Lovell NBF
Securities, a boutique
mergers & acquisitions
advisory firm
specializing in
financial technology,
broker dealers, and
asset management (both
traditional and
alternative). While at
Putnam Lovell NBF
Securities, he completed
several merger advisory
transactions and
consulting assignments
along a spectrum of
financial services
firms.
Tom received his
Bachelors degree in
Economics, magna cum
laude, from the
University of Rochester,
New York, with
additional studies at
the Simon Graduate
School of Business. He
is a member of the
Golden Key Honor
Society, Phi Beta Kappa,
and Omicron Delta
Epsilon.

Greg
is Vice President at T
Squared Capital LLC, serving
as head of due diligence
coordination, ongoing
investment monitoring, and
portfolio maintenance. In
this capacity, Greg oversees
the TSP's due diligence
process and is responsible
for managing the portfolio
company's post-investment
performance.
Prior to TSP, Greg served as
a Judge Advocates General
(JAG) Officer in the United
States Marine Corps, where
he was stationed in San
Diego, California. His
responsibilities entailed
representing Marines facing
court martial along with
other legal representations.
With a primary specialty in
criminal defense, Greg
served as the senior defense
counsel aboard the Marine
Corps Recruit Depot San
Diego and personally handled
all phases of courts martial
litigation including:
conducting investigations,
developing and implementing
case strategy, full case
litigation and post trial
matters. Greg was selected
numerous times to lead the
most complex and visible
court martial in his region
whereby He represented
Marines charged with high
level “Top Secret” national
security breaches, war
crimes and murder.
Previous to being promoted
to senior defense counsel,
Greg was a legal assistance
attorney responsible for
assisting Marines through a
myriad of pre and post
deployment issues to include
family law, real estate law,
and estate planning. In
addition, he was responsible
for advising Marines on post
separation rights and
veterans benefits.
Prior to the Marine Corps
Greg served as an adjunct
lecturer at Indiana
University as well as an
intern in the Washington
D.C. office of Indiana
Senator Evan Bayh.
Greg’s extensive academic
background includes a BS in
Finance from the Kelley
School of Business at
Indiana University, a PhD in
Human Performance (Sport
Management) from Indiana
University as well as a
Doctor of Jurisprudence from
the Indiana University
Maurer School of Law. While
at Indiana University Greg
was a member of the varsity
football team where he
earned two varsity letters.
He is a member of the
Indiana State Bar.

David
has over 15 years of
experience as an auditor and
financial controller at a
number of internationally
known corporations. In most
recent two years, David has
been working in industry of
private and public
investment mainly focusing
on conducting due diligence
on the prospective projects,
analyzing and evaluating the
target company’s investment
opportunity, and other
related subjects.
David is
a certified public
accountant and entered the
financial industry started
in Coopers & Lybrand
auditing and managing
foreign investment
companies. After that, David
acted as financial
controller at different
foreign invested company in
China, included Australia,
French and USA. David earned
both his Bachelor and Master
degree from China Petroleum
University majored in
Enterprise Management.
